WHO WE ARE
We are a growing, vibrant community of ordinary people, learning to follow Jesus and share life together. We love our town and seek to live out our faith by being active in our local community.
Our story
The church started in 1973 with about twelve people meeting in homes to worship, pray and study the scriptures together. The first Sunday services were held at Farndon Fields school until 1986 when the premises at Bath Street was opened. In 2014, the old entrance was converted to create a coffee shop open to the public. Today, over three hundred people regularly gather together across our two services on a Sunday, alongside many mid-week groups and activities, run by the church and the local community.
A sentence will never be able to say everything about us and who we're seeking to be, but it does help give shape to our life as a community. Our vision is to be:

A gospel-centred church which is growing spiritually, numerically, cross generationally and making a positive impact in the town of Harborough and beyond. A core church family with a significant crowd, increasing leadership base and one where everyone feels they belong by playing their part.
